Year 4 are doing very well with their recorder lessons as parents may have seen at the Christmas afternoon get-together. These pictures show how much musical language and terminology they can use and remember independently. Keep up the great work, Year 4!
Year 4 pupils have been learning to play the recorder since September and are making great progress. They are learning the correct musical terminology and can now play using the notes A and B and recognise different note lengths. See for yourselves how well they are doing!
We have been using peelers today to whittle branches. The children decorated their sticks with bright colours. Some of the children made magic wands and played Harry Potter, while others made pencils to write in the soil.
