We are delighted that you are interested in St John Fisher RC Primary School. 

We are very proud of our school and our Catholic ethos. Our pupils are at the heart of everything we do and we want to make sure they reach their potential and grow into self assured and confident learners. As a Catholic school we work in partnership with children, parents, governors, staff and the local community including the parishes of St John Fisher and St Mary's.

We have wonderful EYFS provision and offer both full time and part time places in our Nursery, which can cater for up to 30 children.

Full time provision in our Reception class is for 30 children. 

Choosing the right school for your child is one of the most important decisions you will make.  We are here to help you through this process. On this page you will find out how to apply for a place at St John Fisher RC Primary School. In order to fully appreciate the high standards we have, and the opportunities we offer, we would normally invite all prospective parents to visit us to meet our wonderful children and to see the school in action on a visit to school. 

When applying for a place in Reception you have to complete the application through Tameside Local Authority Portal, follow this link for details: https://www.tameside.gov.uk/admissions 

As a Catholic school you will also be required to complete our own registration form and provide other relevant information. This can be found below. Please make sure you read our Admissions Policy which explains the Admissions criteria and the process involved once places are offered.
